October 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said that it approved Park REIT's [BUL:PARK] prospectus for listing a nine-year 20 million levs ($11.9 million/10.2 million euro) bond on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The issue comprises 20,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Tuesday.
The bonds have a floating rate based on the six-month Euribor plus 4.50% but not less than 3.60% yearly, the regulator also said.
The bonds will mature on June 9, 2030.
Shares in Park REIT last traded at a price of 0.6800 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
