August 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said that it has approved the capital increase prospectus of Holding Sveta Sofia [BUL:4HS], under which the company plans to issue up to 5 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
Holding Sveta Sofia will offer the shares at a price of 3.6 levs ($2.09/1.84 euro) apiece, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement late on Tuesday.
Holding Sveta Sofia has a registered capital of 4.94 million levs, according to data from the commercial register.
The shares of Holding Sveta Sofia last traded at 3.38 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
