SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said that it approved the prospectus of debt purchase and securitisation company Delta Credit SPV [BUL:DLC] for the listing of a 5.05 million levs ($2.9 million/2.6 million euro) bond on the stock exchange in Sofia.

The issue comprises 5,050 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said in a statement earlier this week.

The bonds carry an annual coupon of 3.75% and will mature on October 23, 2027.

Shares in Delta Credit SPV last traded on the Sofia bourse on January 19, when they closed flat at 37 levs.
