June 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial leasing company Financial House Logos-TM has applied for an initial public offering (IPO) on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the bourse operator said on Wednesday.
Financial House Logos-TM seeks to place up to 2,500 ordinary, secured, freely transferable shares of 1,000 euro ($1068) in par value each, priced between 1,000 euro and 1,100 euro apiece, the BSE said in a statement. The maximum value of the offering would come in at some 2.75 million euro.

Stock broker Karoll will act as advisor for the offering, for which a date is yet to be specified.
Founded in 1993, Financial House Logos-TM provides individual loans to micro, small and medium enterprises and individuals, as well as project financing.
