August 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:6R2] said on Monday that local Finance Info Assistance has acquired a 19.98% stake in the company.
Finance Info Assistance controls 11.19 million shares in Rodna Zemya Holding, the group said in a bourse filing.

Last month, Rodna Zemya Holding raised 36 million levs ($20.5 million/18.4 million euro) through a new share issue. The company placed 19,999,997 shares at a price of 1.8 levs each.
Earlier this month, the group received anti-trust clearance to acquire 100% of Sofia-based fast-moving consumer goods retail chain HIT Hypermarket. HIT entered the Bulgarian market in 2004. It operates two stores in Sofia, offering a range of food and non-food products.
