May 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial leasing company Finance Direct said on Tuesday it is proposing a gross dividend payout of 0.075 levs ($0.042/0.038 euro) per share for 2022.
The company plans to distribute a total of 187,500 levs in dividend out of its net profit reporterd for last year, Finance Direct said in a stock exchange filing. Of the remaining funds, 56,651 levs will be retained as undistributed profit, while 483.6 levs will go towards the company's reserve fund.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 26.
Finance Direct paid out a gross dividend of 0.08 levs per share for 2021, or 200,000 levs in total, according to previously disclosed data.
The company said last month it was authorised by its shareholders to issue a five-year bond of up to 1.5 million euro.
