November 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian lender First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:5F4] said that Sevdalina Vassileva is no longer a member of the company's managing board and executive director of the bank.
The change in the company's governing body was entered into the commercial register on November 14, Fibank said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
Fibank currently has five executive directors - Zhivko Ivanov, Nadya Koshinska, Svetozar Popov, Chavdar Zlatev and CEO Nedelcho Nedelchev.
As at 8:45 CET on Friday, Fibank shares traded 2.67% lower at 2.92 levs ($1.65/1.49 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Fibank was Bulgaria's fourth largest lender by assets at the end of September, according to central bank data.
