May 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian hardboard maker Fazerles [BUL:4F6] said on Tuesday it plans to pay a gross dividend of 0.50 levs ($0.33/0.26 euro) per share for 2012.
Fazerles plans to pay out an overall dividend of 257,500 levs from its 2012 net profit and to allocate for reserves some 550,500 levs. The remaining 881,000 levs will be kept as retained earnings, the company said in a statement filed with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The decision will be put to the vote at a general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for June 13.
For 2011 Fazerles distributed a gross dividend of 0.75 levs per share, or a total of 386,300 levs.
