October 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's competition authority said on Wednesday that agricultural produce trader Fram Sense is seeking its approval to acquire local peer Agrosiloz.
According to a notification submitted with the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC), the transaction is expected to affect the local markets for wholesale and storage of grain, seeds, and fodder, the CPC said in a statement.

Interested parties have until October 27 to file their statements regarding the transaction.
According to Bulgarian commercial register data, Kavarna-based Agrosiloz is a wholly-owned unit of the Netherlands-registered Renaisko B.V.
