November 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's competition authority said that it granted approval to Sofia-based agricultural produce trader Farm Sense to acquire 100% of local peer Agrosiloz.
A market analysis of the notified transaction is not required as the turnover of Agrosiloz in Bulgaria did not exceed 3 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) last year, the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said in its decision on the deal published last week.
