March 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] said that its board of directors will take a decision for a new capital increase after a proposed exercise of warrants was approved.
Warrant holders cleared the exercise of warrants during a meeting held on March 22, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
FairPlay Properties issued 98.1 million warrants in the summer of 2022, each allowing their owner to subscribe for one share in future capital increases of the company.
The number of unexercised warrants stood at 74.09 million earlier in March, FairPlay Properties said back then.
Following the most recent exercise of warrants, FairPlay Properties raised its capital to 73.05 million levs ($40.7 million/37.35 million euro) from 64.05 million levs after issuing some 9 million new shares in November.
Shares in FairPlay Properties last traded at 0.73 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
