December 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] applied for admission of 9 million shares to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), the bourse operator said on Wednesday.
The shares have a par value of 1 lev, the BSE operator said in a statement.
The stock was issued as part of the company’s latest capital increase, which was launched on November 14. FairPlay offered at the time up to 83.09 million shares at a price of 1 lev each to warrant holders.
The company sought admission to trading of the new shares just after Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) issued on Tuesday a decision to enter the stock into the register of public companies.
Following the latest offering, FairPlay Properties’ capital was increased to 73.05 million levs ($39.2 million/37.35 million euro) from 64.05 million levs.
FairPlay Properties also said on Tuesday that its shareholder FairPlay International has raised its direct stake in the company to 27.25% from 17.03%.
Earlier in 2022, FairPlay Properties increased its capital by 15 million levs via another offering to warrant holders.
