May 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] said that it will propose to its shareholders to distribute a total dividend of 1 million levs ($560,325/511,290 euro).
The sum will be alloted from FairPlay Properties' undistributed profit, the REIT said in a bourse filing last week, without elaborating what the dividend per share will amount to.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 6.
The company paid out a gross dividend of 0.0084 levs per share for the first half of 2022, or 411,481 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.
On Tuesday, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange [BUL:BSE] operator said that it admitted to trading 5.5 million new shares in FairPlay Properties, which will trade on the Special Purpose Vehicles Segment of the BSE main market from May 11.
Shares in FairPlay Properties last traded on May 3 when they closed at 0.80 levs, Sofia bourse data showed.
