March 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:FPP] said it scheduled a meeting of its warrant holders on March 22 to potentially decide on the exercise of warrants - a step towards a possible new capital increase.
The number of unexercised warrants is 74.09 million, FairPlay Properties said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company issued a total of 98.1 million warrants in the summer of 2022, each allowing their owner to subscribe for one share in future capital increases of the company.
After the most recent exercise of warrants, FairPlay Properties raised its capital to 73.05 million levs ($39.6 million/37.35 million euro) from 64.05 million levs. The company issued in November some 9 million new shares at a price of 1 lev each. Previously, FairPlay Properties raised 15 million levs in October via an offering to warrant holders.
As at CET 1225 on Thursday, shares in the company traded flat at 0.73 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
