SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 24 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s financial regulator said it has approved leasing company Eurolease Group’s prospectus for listing a 1.25 million euro ($1.48 million) six-year corporate bond issue on the Sofia bourse.
The company intends to list 1,250 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Thursday.
The bonds were issued in July 2017 and are due in July 2023.
The issue carries an annual coupon of 3.75% with payments due semi-annually.
Sofia-based Eurolease Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
