January 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synthetica [BUL:EHN] said on Monday that insurer Euroins, part of local Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), has decreased its stake in the company to 4.6176%.
Following the transaction Euroins owns 138,528 shares in Synthetica, the company said in a bourse filing.

No further details were disclosed.
As the end of September, Euroins held a 9.93% stake in Synthetica, according to Synthetica's most recent financial statement.
Synthetica shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 43 levs apiece.
