January 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Electricity System Operator (ESO) said on Wednesday that it has signed two four-year contracts worth 1.7 million euro ($967,300/920,300 euro) combined with Plovdiv-based Filkab and Stara Zagora-based Contragent-35 for the delivery of 3,240 medium-voltage measuring transformers.
The deals were signed on December 20, ESO said in a notice.
The higher-priced contract, worth some 1.2 million levs, was signed with Filkab. The public procurement procedure for awarding the contract attracted six bids.
Filkab supplies, distributes and sells electrical equipment such as cables and wires, cable fittings and accessories, electrical and automation devices, lighting and electrical materials.
