November 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Tuesday that local LPG storage and retail company Erast has decreased its stake in the company to 7.59% from 8.05%.
Following the transaction, Erast owns a total of 1,393,430 Synergon Holding shares, the holding company said in a statement.

Earlier on Tuesday, Synergon Holding said that local Omera BD Holding has increased its stake in the company by 0.46% to 42.39%.
The 0.46% stake is equal to 84,113 shares in Synergon Holding.
Synergon Holding shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at 1.0 levs apiece.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
Sofia-based Erast, which has a registered capital of 255,000 levs, is fully owned by local private individual Albena Ivanova, according to commercial register data.
