December 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian farming group Agria Group Holding [BUl:A72] said that local Emra has decreased its stake in the company by 0.81% to 41.11%.
Emra sold 55,000 Agria Group Holding shares for 605,000 levs ($354,000/309,000 euro) on December 14, the farming group said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Also on December 14, local Commerce acquired 57,704 Agria Group Holding shares, increasing its stake by 0.85% to 25.80%.
Agria Group Holding is currently under investigation by Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition over its failure to notify the regulator of its acquisition of 100% of local company Kehlibar in 2016.
