June 14 (SeeNews) - The shareholders of Bulgarian cable manufacturer Emka [BUL:EMKA] have approved the distribution of 1.8 million levs ($1.1 billion/920 million euro) as an annual dividend for 2020, as much as the company paid out a year earlier, a bourse filing showed on Monday.
Emka's investors will receive a gross dividend of 0.0842 levs per share. The payment is set to start on August 12.
The cable maker generated net profit of 3.6 million levs last year. The remaining amount of 1.8 million levs will be referred to as undistributed profit, the company said.
As at 15:21 CET on Monday, Emka shares traded 1.27% lower at 3.12 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
