October 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] reported on Thursday a preliminary gross loss of 308,000 levs ($154,600/157,500 euro) on sales revenue of 33.68 million levs in the first nine months of 2022.
In September alone, the company booked a profit of 86,000 levs, it said in a stock exchange filing.

Sales in September reached 3.36 million levs, slightly exceeding the company’s forecast of 3.3 million levs.
Looking ahead, Elhim expects sales of 3.8 million levs in October.
The company previously posted a preliminary profit of 901,000 levs and sales revenue of some 29.1 million levs in the first nine months of 2021.
By 1323 CEST on Thursday, shares in the company traded flat at 0.65 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Elhim Iskra is part of local blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH]. The Pazardzhik-based company exports some 90% of its output.
