October 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] said on Thursday that it recorded a preliminary profit of 901,000 levs ($536,300/460,700 euro) on sales revenue of some 29.1 million levs in the first nine months of 2021.
In September alone, the company recorded a preliminary loss of 61,000 levs on sales of 3.2 million levs, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

Elhim Iskra posted a preliminary loss of 699,000 levs on sales revenue of some 22.8 million levs in the January-September period of 2020, according to previously disclosed data.
The car battery manufacturer said it expects to report sales of 3.4 million levs for October.
Elhim Iskra is part of local diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH]. The Pazardzhik-based company exports over 90% of its output.
