March 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:ELHM] said that it proposed to its shareholder to approve the distribution of 0.013 levs ($0.006/0.005 euro) per share dividend for 2021.
Elhim Iskra skipped dividend distribution for 2020.

The company will pay 326,409 levs in divided for last year, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Shareholders will vote on the management's proposal at a meeting scheduled for May 17.
Elhim Iskra turned to a net profit of 393,000 levs in 2021, compared to a net loss of 312,000 levs the year before.
On Monday, shares in the car battery maker closed flat at 0.7050 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
Elhim Iskra is part of local blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR]. The Pazardzhik-based company exports over 90% of its output.
