November 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:52E] said on Friday that it booked sales revenue of 2.26 million levs ($1.3 million/1.2 million euro) in October, in line with its forecast for monthly sales of 2.20 million levs.
Elhim Iskra generated accumulated January-October revenue of 29.1 million levs and a gross profit of 690,000 levs, the company said in a bourse filing.

In the first ten months of last year, the company booked sales of 32 million levs and a gross profit of 577,000 levs, according to previously reported figures.
The battery maker expects to book revenue of 2.5 million levs in November, down from its November 2018 sales of 2.88 million levs.
Elhim Iskra is part of blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
The Pazardzhik-based company exports over 90% of its output.
