May 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Elana Financial Holding [BUL:229F] said on Monday that it redeemed early its 1.2 million euro ($1.3 million) bond issue due in October 2024.
Elana Financial Holding will delist the issue from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and cancel its registration with the Central Depository and the Financial Supervision Commission following the settlement of the transactions, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The company placed the issue in October 2019, Sofia bourse data show. The bonds carry an annual coupon of 4.00%.
Earlier this month, Elana Financial Holding issued a five-year bond worth 1.7 million euro. The company previously said that the raised funds would be used to repay its outstanding bond issue and advance its projects.
