February 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Elana Agricultural Land Fund REIT [BUL:6ST] said that it has revised its capital increase prospectus and submitted it for approval from the Financial Supervision Commission on Wednesday.
All corrections follow instructions received from the financial regulator, the real estate investment trust said in a statement on Wednesday.
Last month, the company said it will seek to raise 472,500 levs ($268,800/241,600 euro) by offering 50,000 shares for subscription at a price of 9.45 levs apiece.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 40,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
The company currently has a registered capital of 650,000 levs.
