February 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's SLS Realty REIT [BUL:ERQ] said on Friday that local fund EF Principal, managed by EF Asset Management, has increased its stake in the company to 10.12%.
The transaction was concluded on January 31, SLS Realty REIT said in a bourse filing.

EF Asset Management currently owns 13.29% of the capital of SLS Realty REIT through its funds EF Principal and EF Rapid, the REIT noted.
According to SLS Realty REIT's most recent financial statement, at the end of December EF Principal held a 7.87% stake in the capital of the company, while EF Asset Management had an indirect shareholding of 11.04%.
According to SLS Realty REIT's most recent financial statement, at the end of December EF Asset Management held indirectly 11.04% of the capital of the company, while Activa Asset Management controlled 8.12%.
Earlier this week, SLS Realty REIT said that local Specialized Logistic Systems (SLS) has decreased its stake in the company to 23.64% on January 31. At the end of December, SLS owned a 29.44% stake in SLS Realty REIT.
SLS Realty REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on January 22, when they closed unchanged at 4.80 levs ($2.70/2.45 euro).
