April 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian plastic and rubber products manufacturer Formoplast [BUL:4F8] said on Monday that EF Principal, a fund run by local firm EF Asset Management, has increased its shareholding in the company to 10.0645%.
EF Principal now controls 382,342 shares of the capital of Formoplast, the company said in a bourse filing.

According to Formoplast's most recent financial statement, at the end of December EF Principal held a stake of 8.3% in the capital of the company.
As at 14:35 CET, Formoplast's shares traded unchanged at 5.65 levs ($3.13/2.89 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
