October 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's education ministry said on Tuesday that it has signed three framework agreements for the purchase of hardware and peripherals, worth a total of 8.5 million levs ($4.8 million/4.3 million euro), VAT excluded.
Local company Kontrax landed two of the deals, worth a total of 7.5 million levs, while Konica Minolta Business Solutions Bulgaria signed a 1 million levs contract, the education ministry said in a notice.
The deals were signed on October 10, according to the notice.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Bulgaria is part of Japanese giant Konica Minolta.
Kontrax is majority owned by local Sedioli, which in turn is 50/50% owned by private individuals Ivaylo Yordanov and Nikolay Yordanov.
