Bulgaria's Easy Brokers Gets Regulatory Nod for 26,000 Euro IPO

July 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator approved on Wednesday the 50,000 lev ($37,000/26,000 euro) initial public offering of local equity investment company Easy Brokers.

The company will offer 25,000 shares with a nominal value of 2.0 levs each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement.

Easy Brokers' core business is the incorporation of insurance and banking intermediaries in Bulgaria and Greece and the acquisition of equity stakes in such companies, the statement said.
