January 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian ceramics maker Dura-Tiles BG, part of Turkish Akgun Seramik Group, said on Thursday that its shareholders have approved the company's plan to increase its capital by 3.75 million levs ($2.1 million/1.9 million euro) to 5 million levs.
Dura-Tiles BG's capital will be increased via an in-kind contribution, the company said in a statement.
Dura-Tiles BG operates a production plant in the town of Novi Pazar.
