June 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Dupnitsa municipality said that it has launched a tender for awarding a contract for design and construction of an installation for composting biodegradable waste and an installation for pre-treatment of household waste, worth an estimated 7.6 million levs ($4.4 million/3.9 million euro), VAT excluded.
The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a statement on Tuesday.
The deadline for submitting offers is July 10.
Bids will be ranked based on price, which will form 40% of the final result, and technical criteria.
