April 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's DSK Bank has signed a 5.2 million levs ($3.2 million/2.7 million euro) working capital loan agreement with Hristo Botev hospital, the Vratsa-based hospital said on Tuesday.
The loan has a 63-month term with a 3-month grace period, the hospital said in a notice to the public procurement agency.
The agreement was signed on March 15 following a tender which attracted a single offer.
The loan will carry an interest rate equal to the weighted average deposit index plus 2.5 percentage points, but no less than 2.5% in total. The agreement also envisages an annual management fee of 0.3%.
DSK Bank is part of Hungarian banking group OTP.
