December 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug manufacturer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Thursday that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has acquired 855 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.45 levs ($1.96/1.76 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in several transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 11, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 25.39% in Sopharma, according to the drug maker's most recent interim financial statement.
As at 9:50 CET on Thursday, Sopharma shares traded 0.29% lower at 3.44 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
