December 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Tuesday that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 250 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.10 levs ($1.76/1.59 euro) per share.
Local company Telso, indirectly owned by Doverie United Holding's supervisory board member Ventsislav Stoev, also bought 350 shares in the group at a price of 3.06 levs apiece, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing.
Both companies acquired the shares through deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Donev Investments Holding has been acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding's shares since the start of September.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
As at 9:25 CET on Tuesday, Doverie United Holding shares traded at 3.10 levs, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
