September 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Friday that its biggest shareholder - Donev Investments Holding, has sold 1,900 shares in the company at a weighted average price per share of 3.41 levs ($1.91/1.74 euro).
Donev Investments Holding sold the shares through deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.
On September 20, Donev Investments Holding sold 200 shares in Sopharma at a weighted average price per share of 3.42 levs.
At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 25.39% in Sopharma, according to the drug maker's most recent interim financial statement.
As at 9:30 CET on Friday, Sopharma shares traded 1.47% lower at 3.35 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
