September 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said that it biggest shareholder - Donev Investments Holding, has sold 200 shares in the company at a weighted average price per share of 3.42 levs ($1.92/1.75 euro).
Donev Investments Holding sold the shares through deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 20, Sopharma said in a bourse filing last week.
At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 25.39% in Sopharma, according to the drug maker's most recent interim financial statement.
Sopharma shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 3.40 levs.
