September 17 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 1,127 shares in the company at a price of 3.28 levs ($1.82/1.65 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in two deals on September 13, Doverie United Holding said in a statement on Monday.
Donev Investments Holding has been actively acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding shares since the start of September.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board.
Donev Investments Holding is also the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
Doverie United Holding shares closed 2.96% lower at 3.28 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
