September 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said that diversified group Donev Investments Holding [BUL:DUH] acquired 27,337 company shares at a weighted average price of 3.73 levs ($2.23/1.91 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding bought the shares through several deals concluded on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 23, the pharmaceuticals manufacturer said in a bourse filing on Friday.

At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding was Sopharma's largest shareholder with a 26.55% stake.
Sopharma shares closed flat at 3.74 levs on the BSE on Friday.
