December 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Thursday that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 7,500 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.13 levs ($1.78/1.60 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares through several deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing.
The 7,500 shares are equal to a 0.04% stake in Doverie United Holding.
Donev Investments Holding has been actively acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding's shares since the start of September.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
As at 9:25 CET on Thursday, Doverie United Holding shares traded 2.50% lower at 3.12 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
