December 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug manufacturer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Tuesday that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has acquired 2,290 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.43 levs ($1.94/1.75 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in two transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 9, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 25.39% in Sopharma, according to the drug maker's most recent interim financial statement.
As at 10:45 CET on Tuesday, Sopharma shares traded 0.58% lower at 3.41 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
