December 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug manufacturer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Monday that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has acquired 10,803 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.45 levs ($1.95/1.76 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in five transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 5, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.
The acquired shares represent a 0.008% ownership stake in Sopharma.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 25.39% in Sopharma, according to the drug maker's most recent interim financial statement.
Last week, Donev Investments Holding bought 1,800 shares in Sopharma at a weighted average price of 3.43 levs per share.
As at 13:20 CET on Monday, Sopharma's shares traded 0.58% lower at 3.42 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
