December 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Wednesday that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 10,000 shares in the company at a price of 2.9 levs ($1.64/1.48 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in two deals on December 3, Doverie United Holding said in a statement.
The 10,000 shares are equal to a 0.053% stake in Doverie United Holding.
Donev Investments Holding has been actively acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding shares since the start of September.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is also the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
Doverie United Holding shares closed at 2.9 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
