June 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug producer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Thursday its minority shareholder Donev Investments Holding has increased its stake in the company by 0.37% to 25.15%.
Sofia-based Donev Investments Holding has acquired 503,000 Sopharma shares, the drug maker said in a bourse filing without disclosing further details of the transaction.

Donev Investments Holding has a registered capital of 22 million levs, according to Bulgaria’s commercial register.
As at 14:00 CET on Thursday, Sopharma shares were traded 0.18% lower at 4.302 levs.
