SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 11 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian forex and CFD broker Deltastock has increased its capital to 9 million levs ($5.2 million/4.6 million euro) from 3.3 million levs, data from the country’s central depository showed.
The company has issued 5.7 million new shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, according to the data, posted on the website of the central depository on Monday.
Deltastock has used funds from its reserves to increase its capital, data from Bulgaria’s commercial register showed.
Sofia-based Deltastock, established in 1998, is providing integrated online trading services.
