December 31 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's defence ministry said it has opened a 10 million levs ($5.7 million/5.1 million euro) tender for awarding a 48-month framework contract for the overhaul of two L-39ZА trainer aircraft.
Bids will be ranked predominantly based on price with a 70% weight in the overall score, the defence ministry said in a procurement notice on Monday.
Candidates should prove that they have conducted works on contracts with similar scope in the last five years.
The deadline for submitting offers is February 2, 2020.
