April 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Darik Radio has increased its capital by 300,000 levs ($173,000/153,000 euro) to 5.8 million levs via a new share issue, documents entered into the commercial register on Monday, showed.
All 300,000 newly-issued shares were subscribed for by private investor Radosvet Radev, who was also a shareholder before the capital increase, Darik Radio said in a filing to the commercial register.
The company's shareholders approved the decision for the capital increase at a meeting on April 1.
Darik Radio generated revenue of 5 million levs in 2017 and posted a net profit of 246,000 levs, according to its latest available annual financial statement.
