July 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Darik Radio has increased its capital by 650,000 levs ($371,000/332,000 euro) to 6.45 million levs via a new share issue, according to commercial register data.
All 650,000 newly-issued shares were subscribed for by private investor Radosvet Radev, documents entered into the commercial register last week show.
The company's shareholders approved the decision for the capital increase at a meeting on July 8.
Earlier this year, Darik Radio increased its capital by 300,000 levs.
Darik Radio generated consolidated revenue of 5 million levs in 2018 and posted a net loss of 641,000 levs.
