December 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian farming group Agria Group Holding [BUl:A72] said that local Commerce has increased its stake in the company by 0.85% to 25.80%.
Commerce acquired 57,704 Agria Group Holding shares on December 14, the farming group said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

A total of 57,704 Agria Group Holding shares changed hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 14 at a weighted average price per share of 10.972 levs ($6.387/5.610 euro).
Agria Group Holding is currently under investigation by Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition over its failure to notify the regulator of its acquisition of 100% of local company Kehlibar in 2016.
