SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] said that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 0.063 levs ($0.036/0.032 euro) per share for 2018, same as its dividend payout for 2017.

Under the proposal, Chimimport will distribute a total of 15.1 million levs as dividend for last year, the group said in a borse filing on Friday.

Chimimport shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled for August 23.

The company's non-consolidated net profit fell to 36.7 million levs in 2018 from 39.0 million levs in 2017.

Chimimport has over 60 subsidiaries, active in various sectors of the economy, including banking, insurance, air transport, agriculture, petroleum and natural gas exploration, and others.
